                 May Have 2% Of All Their Gross Ad Monies Donated To The Charity Of Their Choice. Evidence

                 For A Donation Will Be Provided By The Recipient Of The Donation To All Relevant Parties.

       B.      Premium Ads c. 1.25 inches by c. 3.0 inches Are $40.00 - Per 28 Days:

                 Larger Ads Are Negotiated: Their Size, Complexity And Placement Area Are Important Factors.

                 Premier Ads c. 1.25 inches by c. 3.0 inches Are $70.00 Per 28 Days:

                 Larger Ads Are Negotiated: Again, Their Size, Complexity And Placement Area Are Factors.

                 All Banner Ads Are Negotiated: Size, Complexity, Duration, Placement, Availability, And Costs,

                 Are All Factors.

        C.     Ads May Be Published As Follows: Each Below Given Possibility Is Valid Only After Mutual

                 Consultation:

                 1.  Camera Ready.

                 2.  Software Ready (Your Own Software).

                 3.  Limited - Free www.e-bub.com Assistance.

                 4.  Custom - Paid www.e-bub.com Assistance.

                 5.  Premier Ads - Appear On The Home Page, Directory, Gameroom or Classifieds Pages Only.

                 6.  Premium Ads - Appear On All Other Pages.

        D.      All Premier Ad Page Placements Are Available Only With A Minimum 52-Week Agreement.

        E.     1.  Multiple-Page Placements Of Identical Ads By A Single Business Will Be At 

                 The Rates And Terms Listed Under "Commercial Ad Rates" - Less 10% Per Page.

                2.  Multiple-Page Placements Of Nonidentical Ads Regarding A Single Business Will

                 Be At The Rates And Terms Listed Under "Commercial Ad Rates" - Less 5% Per Page.

        F.     Payments: Ads of 52-Weeks Require 50% Prepayment With The Remainder In

                 Reasonably Equal Interest-Free Installments, Through The End Of The Agreement

                 Period. Custom Payment Plans Are Available And Negotiable.  Ads Less Than 52

                 Weeks Will Be Paid In Full.

        G.     Terminations. Delinquent Accounts By 10 Days Or More Will Be Forfeited By The Business.

                 Forfeiture Includes But Is Not Limited To All Monies, Ads, Agreements, Published Material,

                 Negotiations. www.e-bub.com Will Obviously Obey Any Court Order If Such be The Case Regarding

                 Forfeiture And Its Terms.

        H.      Disputes. All Disputes Are Agreed To Be Resolved By These Particulars Listed Under "Commercial

                 Ad Rates." Any Other Dispute May Be Resolved By A Separate Signed Agreement Between

                 www.e-bub.com And A Business, Or, By Any Other Published Dispute Resolution Method Of

                 www.e-bub.com. In All Cases www.e-bub.com Will Seek An Amicable Resolution To All Disputes.

        I.      Terminology.  "c." means about: "business(es)" means business owners: "agreement(s)"

                 means written contract(s): "commercial ad rate(s)" means this instant webpage: "www.e-bub.com"

                 means its owner or authorized agent:  "As Is" means ad size as it existed at the time of the contract.
